Courtney graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University in 2022, gaining experience in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and pitch-side support. She completed a six-month placement in Virginia, USA, working with lacrosse, American football, and basketball teams, and qualified as a Mat Pilates Instructor during this time. In 2025, Courtney completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She undertook placements across hospital and community settings, working with patients of all ages, from paediatric and elderly to post-operative and sports-related cases. Outside of placements, she worked in two private clinics and a gym, providing injury management, rehabilitation programmes, manual therapy, and teaching fitness and Pilates classes. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, combining hands-on physiotherapy with movement-based exercises such as Pilates, supporting clients of all abilities to restore function, improve strength, and build long-term resilience. Courtney has a particular interest in sports injuries. Having competed in Irish dancing at world championship level from the age of 3, she understands the demands of high-level performance and structured rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys running, strength training, and Pilates, and is currently training to become a qualified Irish dance teacher. She brings the same passion for movement and performance to her work, helping clients move with confidence and achieve their goals.

Graduated from University College Dublin in 2023 with a first-class honours degree in BSc Physiotherapy. Ellen went on to complete an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Ulster University in 2024 and was awarded a Golf Scholarship. During her studies, she developed advanced skills in injury management and rehabilitation. With experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal cases, Ellen has a particular interest in sports injury management. Drawing on her own experience as a competitive athlete, she has represented Ireland at the World University Golf Championship and is a member of the Leinster Women’s Golf Interprovincial Team. Ellen is passionate about integrating Pilates into rehabilitation programs using her certification as an APPI Pilates Matwork Instructor. She believes in the effectiveness of combining Pilates with traditional physiotherapy techniques for a holistic approach to injury recovery and overall well-being. Her volunteering experience includes working as a pitch-side physiotherapist for UCD Women’s Rugby and supporting participants at the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon. These roles have deepened her understanding of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Additionally, Ellen is trained in SAFE Rugby Level 2, Immediate Care in Rugby and is a qualified Personal Trainer. Rebecca Coyle is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. She brings experience from Ireland’s leading hospitals, private practice, and hospice care, providing her with a strong foundation across all areas of physiotherapy. Rebecca has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She combines hands-on treatment with Clinical Pilates to help patients restore mobility, strength, and long-term function. As a certified Clinical Pilates Matwork Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, she integrates movement-based therapy to complement traditional physiotherapy. Rebecca also has expertise in sports injury management and prevention, holding SAFE Rugby Level 2 certification, which qualifies her for pitch-side care. With a background as a qualified personal trainer, she designs tailored exercise programmes that support recovery, enhance performance, and promote overall well-being. Jennifer is highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with a decade of experience in the field. Jennifer graduated with a BSc Physiotherapy from University College Dublin in 2015.

Upon graduation Jennifer started working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a thriving private physiotherapy clinic in Dublin. She has a passion for helping her patients achieve their physical goals and improve their overall well-being. In addition to her musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice, she has taught Clinical Reformer Pilates which she believes is an important complement to traditional physiotherapy. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to improve your overall fitness and health, Jennifer is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and support.

Jennifer has developed a special interest in treating shoulder injuries and is a member of the Irish Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation Society.

Having over 10 years experience working in private practice, Jennifer finds the greatest satisfaction in helping people fully recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities.
