Courtney graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Training from Dublin City University in 2022, gaining experience in injury assessment, rehabilitation, and pitch-side support. She completed a six-month placement in Virginia, USA, working with lacrosse, American football, and basketball teams, and qualified as a Mat Pilates Instructor during this time. In 2025, Courtney completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She undertook placements across hospital and community settings, working with patients of all ages, from paediatric and elderly to post-operative and sports-related cases. Outside of placements, she worked in two private clinics and a gym, providing injury management, rehabilitation programmes, manual therapy, and teaching fitness and Pilates classes. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, combining hands-on physiotherapy with movement-based exercises such as Pilates, supporting clients of all abilities to restore function, improve strength, and build long-term resilience. Courtney has a particular interest in sports injuries. Having competed in Irish dancing at world championship level from the age of 3, she understands the demands of high-level performance and structured rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys running, strength training, and Pilates, and is currently training to become a qualified Irish dance teacher. She brings the same passion for movement and performance to her work, helping clients move with confidence and achieve their goals.

Rebecca Coyle is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. She brings experience from Ireland’s leading hospitals, private practice, and hospice care, providing her with a strong foundation across all areas of physiotherapy. Rebecca has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She combines hands-on treatment with Clinical Pilates to help patients restore mobility, strength, and long-term function. As a certified Clinical Pilates Matwork Instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, she integrates movement-based therapy to complement traditional physiotherapy. Rebecca also has expertise in sports injury management and prevention, holding SAFE Rugby Level 2 certification, which qualifies her for pitch-side care. With a background as a qualified personal trainer, she designs tailored exercise programmes that support recovery, enhance performance, and promote overall well-being. Passionate about evidence-based care, Rebecca works closely with patients of all ages to achieve their individual goals. A keen runner herself, having completed the Wexford Half Marathon and VHI Women’s Mini Marathon, she brings a holistic approach to rehabilitation that empowers people to stay active, healthy, and confident in their recovery.

Chartered Physiotherapist

Mary-Kate graduated with a BSc honours degree in physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2009. On graduation Mary-Kate moved to London where she worked in a rotational post across two acute hospital sites in The National Health Service for 5 years.

Mary-Kate’s passion in Women’s Health began in University and she has completed many post-graduate courses to expand and develop her knowledge and skills in this area.

She is a certified Mommy MOT practitioner and has a wide range of experience in treating women with Urinary Incontinence, Prolapse, Pelvic Pain, Pregnancy- related musculoskeletal conditions and Rectus Diastasis. Mary-Kate has also trained in acupuncture and dry needling and uses these skills to compliment her treatment.

In 2015, Mary-Kate moved back to Dublin and began working in private practice. Having three young children herself, Mary-Kate understands first hand the physical demands on a persons body during and after birth and how essential specifically tailored exercise program’s are pre and post-natal.

Mary-Kate has completed postgraduate courses in Pilates, Acupuncture, Advanced manual therapy for treatment of the pelvic floor and Manual lymph drainage She is also a certified Rehabilitation breast cancer exercise specialist and is a member of the renowned pink ribbon program.

Fiona is a highly qualified and experienced physiotherapist, with an honours degree from UCD, DMA Clinical Pilates (Australia) and dry needling (Singapore). She has 13 years of global experience, encompassing acute hospital physiotherapy, private practice and clinical Pilates. Fiona treats a varied caseload of musculoskeletal, spinal and sporting injuries, and prides herself on practising evidence based treatments.

She believes that incorporating exercise through Clinical Pilates as an adjunct to traditional ‘hands-on physiotherapy’, is the most efficient and effective way to optimise full rehabilitation from spinal pathologies, pregnancy-related pain, sports injuries and postural dysfunctions.
